DeVos Nomination - who to call/email

IMHO, this is the most important issue today. Aside from the fact that she's a terrible nominee for the job, this would be a major defeat for Trump and a serious momentum changer. Please e-mail your senators.

One more Republican "No" vote on DeVoss will defeat her nomination. Collins of Maine and Murkowski of Alaska have today said they are voting NO.

E-mail your senators now. Call, too, but you probably can't get through. There's a list of possible GOP defectors somewhere on FB, but I can't find it. No matter. If your senators are NO, thank them and tell them you support it. If they are YES or undecided, demand a no vote.

This is what Murkowski said today on the Senate floor:

“I have heard from thousands — truly thousands — of Alaskans who shared their concerns about Mrs. DeVos as secretary of education. They've contacted me by phone, by e-mail, in person, and their concerns center, as mine do, on Mrs. DeVos's lack of experience with public education and the lack of knowledge that she portrayed in her confirmation hearing.”

Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska) has not committed to vote yes.

Folks in PA and OH, Toomey and Portman are the big anti-DeVos targets. If you haven't called them yet, here's the info. Literally all you have to say is 

"I'm X, I'm a constituent who lives in zip code Y, and I'm calling to ask the Senator to vote no on Betsy DeVos because I'm very concerned about her lack of experience in public education."
